The relevance of the problem under consideration lies in the increase in the incidence of the population, which stimulates the demand for food products for the prevention of various diseases. Every day more and more visitors switch to a healthy lifestyle, however, few food production and catering enterprises direct their activities to the production of this type of product. The purpose of the study is to analyze the healthy food market in Vladivostok on the basis of theoretical and practical materials and propose a model of interaction between consumers and suppliers of healthy food resources developed by the authors. The methodological basis of the study is the analysis of healthy food resources in the tourist market of Vladivostok using the methods of comparative analysis and observation. Based on the results of the study, the theoretical aspects of healthy nutrition were worked out, the main representatives of the healthy food market were identi-
fied, including public catering enterprises, healthy food enterprises at accommodation enterprises, retail chains and delivery services, and potential consumers of healthy food were identified. The practical significance of the study lies in the analysis of the subjects of the healthy food market, taking into account the state policy and the principles of healthy eating. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of a scheme of interaction between consumers and all suppliers of healthy food resources in the regional market.
